Oral Hygiene Policy
At Camberley Dental Clinic, we prioritise the oral health and well-being of all
patients. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure efficient and effective care while maintaining mutual respect between patients and clinicians. Please review the following guidelines.

Importance of Oral Care and Hygiene:
Regular oral care and hygiene alongside routine examinations are essential for maintaining overall health. Poor oral hygiene can lead to various dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and bad breath, which can impact one's quality of life. By practicing good oral hygiene habits and seeking timely routine dental care, individuals can prevent many oral health problems and maintain a healthy smile.

Our Clinicians:
Camberley Dental Clinic is staffed with highly trained and experienced dental professionals who are dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. Our team consists of dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff who specialise in various areas of dentistry, including preventive care, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic procedures. We are committed to staying updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to ensure that - while working alongside each other - our patients receive the best possible care.

Appointment Booking:
It is the responsibility of the patient to schedule and manage their dental appointments. Patients can book appointments by contacting our clinic via phone or in person at reception. We encourage patients to schedule regular check-ups and cleanings to maintain optimal oral health.

Appointment Deposit:
To secure an appointment, a deposit of £20 £35 or £50 will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment. In the event of a short notice cancellation or failure to attend the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy:
We value punctuality and respect. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late, for their scheduled appointment, it will be considered a "Failed to Attend" appointment. In such cases, the patient may be charged a fee, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure that adequate time is allocated for their treatment.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring patients to cancel or reschedule their appointments. However, we kindly request that patients provide us with sufficient notice - 48hours - if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee, equal to the deposit paid for the appointment. This will show as ‘Fail to give the practice 48h notice’. By adhering to above, we aim to maintain a smooth and efficient process for scheduling and managing appointments while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need to achieve and maintain optimal oral health. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policies, please do not hesitate to contact our clinic for assistance.
