We have a range of treatments to maintain your smile and keep your mouth healthy. This involves regular visits to your dentist and good care at home.
Through dental examinations and hygiene appointments, we can prevent issues such as dental decay and gum disease. Our restorative treatments can repair teeth with light damage, correct chips and cracks, and can replace any missing teeth.
PREVENTATIVE DENTAL CARE
Regular visits to the dentist and hygienist mean any issues can be spotted early and addressed before they progress. These problems can include:
CHILDREN’S DENTISTRY
We encourage you to introduce your child to the dentist as soon as their very first tooth appears (usually when they are around six months old). Early visits will help your child feel relaxed about attending dental appointments. Your dentist will offer helpful advice, including brushing and dietary advice.
A combination of regular visits to the dentist from a young age, developing a good dental care routine at home and encouraging a healthy diet will help keep your child’s teeth in great condition for life.
FILLINGS
The most common type of restorative treatment are fillings. We use the latest white filling materials, which are durable, and look and feel natural. They’re made from a special tooth coloured resin, applied directly to your tooth.
We also offer white fillings for a more aesthetic treatment. These composite fillings are made from a special tooth-coloured resin that can be applied directly to the tooth.
CROWNS
If unsightly teeth are spoiling your smile, crowns can offer a neat and natural cover up. Made from a variety of materials, including metal, porcelain, resin or ceramic, crowns fit over the whole tooth, concealing defects caused by chips, decay and discolouration. They can also be used to support a bridge, and can be fixed to an implant.
BRIDGES
Having a missing tooth can impact confidence, especially if the gap is visible when you smile. Bridges offer a secure solution to replace a missing tooth, using the teeth on either side of the gap to support a false tooth.
A bridge often consists of two crowns supporting a replacement tooth, hence the name. There are different types, however, and we can use bridges to replace more than one tooth. As they are custom-made, using impressions or scans of your teeth, bridges blend in with your natural teeth and can last many years.
Regular teeth brushing and cleaning between teeth helps to keep your teeth and gums healthy. These also help to prevent tooth decay and gum disease.
Gum disease is a common condition. People are often unaware that they have it, as they may have few, if any, symptoms. If detected during its early stages, gum disease can be reversed, but if allowed to progress, it can only be managed.
Gum disease is essentially your body’s reaction to bacteria in plaque and tartar around the gum line. The immune system reacts and causes the gum tissue to become inflamed, which leads to your gums bleeding when you brush. In some people, their immune system can overreact, and start to break down the gum tissue and even the bone that supports the tooth.
We adopt a team approach to treating gum disease and we work together with our Dental Therapists who are especially skilled in providing the therapies and treatments which are most effective.
Dental implants offer one of the most effective, and long lasting ways to replace one or more missing teeth. A dental implant can provide a fixed alternative to removable dentures.
These artificial roots are placed in the jaw and fuse to the bone. They can be used to support single crowns for replacing individual teeth or a bridge for replacing multiple missing teeth.
WHY HAVE IMPLANTS?
WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT INVOLVE?
Our clinicians specialise in what is known as smile makeovers – ranging from single veneers to full mouth rehabilitation using both crowns and veneers. Most importantly (keeping to the ethos of Camberley Dental Clinic); all treatments are planned with the long term health of your teeth and goals in mind. We always aim to give you the dream smile that you have always wished for while also giving you the healthiest smile possible that will last you for years to come.
Camberley Dental Clinic is proud to provide different options available depending on your wishes. If you would prefer not to wait and are seeking instant results, the likes of composite bonding veneers can be used to provide beautiful same-day smile makeovers. Perhaps best of all with this treatment is that they are minimally invasive and practically painless – yet they instantly transform your smile and overall facial aesthetics.
With a little more time to spare however, you can indulge and invest in porcelain veneers. These are the perfect pick for you if you are seeking the ultimate and one of the most premium and luxurious cosmetic packages for your smile. See below for more details on all of our smile makeover options.

We are accepting new patients at Camberley Dental Clinic. Whether you’ve just moved to Camberley, want to change your dentist or have not seen a dentist in a while we’d love to hear from you.
Getting in touch with us is easy. If you want to join our practice as a new patient, drop us a line using our contact form or give us a ring at 01276 63854. We will need to see you for a new patient consultation to get fully acquainted with you and your smile.
The first thing we want to do is get to know you. Then, we’ll thoroughly check your teeth, gums and soft tissues. We might photograph your teeth with our tiny intra-oral camera for a clearer, close-up view. We only use the latest digital x-rays to ensure that you’ll be given the most accurate diagnosis.
We will always explain all treatment options available to you and help you to decide which is best.
You will be given a treatment plan and cost after your consultation. If for any reason your treatment plan changes you will be kept fully informed and all cost implications will be explained in advance.
